Due Dates for Aquaculture Paperwork:

  • Aquaculture Leaseholder Report -  due by March 31st, annually
  • Aquaculture License Fee - due by March 31st, annually
  • Seed Receipts - submit to the Shellfish Constable 48 hours before placement on aquaculture site
  • Aquaculture Permit OR Town Commercial Permit - due by March 31st, annually
  • Aquaculture Grant License Renewals - subject to grant holders aquaculture license
  • Driving Access Applications for BMADA - due by March 15th, annually; Inspections shall occur in the Months of February and March during set dates provided by the Shellfish Constable.
