Online Permitting Portal Process

All permit applications will be submitted via our online permitting portal, OpenGov. You can also pay online by credit card, checks and cash can be mailed or dropped off at the Conservation Office. 

All Applications must be entered through OpenGov as of March 3, 2025.  Please note that hard copies of State applications (NOI, AOOC, COC, RDA) with their required documentation must be dropped off at the Conservation Office.

Abutter list requests for Notice of Intents and Amended Order of Conditions are now done through the OpenGov application process.
