Yard sale permits are required for anyone selling household goods or personal property from their home. Yard sale permits shall be issued to anyone premise only twice within a twelve-month period and no such license shall be issued for more than two consecutive calendar days. Rain dates may be specified in the event of bad weather. Please note that yard sale signs should be displayed on your property or adjacent to your property and that all signs be removed when the sale is over.
The fee for a yard sale permit is $10 and can be obtained from the Town Clerks office up until the day before the yard sale. Selectmen Rules for Yard Sales
