Stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP) to address stormwater issues at the end of Cole Road. This area poses major challenges (near dunes, next to a herring run, high groundwater levels, a major recipient of runoff from a large watershed area, coastal flooding during storm events, etc.). This solution should help address runoff created by most storms (not flooding from high tides and/or storm surges) and it is compliant with Eastham's NPDES Permit for Stormwater Discharges (MS4). Conceptualized, designed, permitted and built with in-house staff (plan drafting, peer review and approval by Environmental Partners Group).
