Directions to Room: Enter Main Entrance to Town Hall and use elevator or proceed downstairs to large meeting room entry door to your right.
Room Availability: Check the calendar to view potential availability for your requested date(s) ahead of time. Open calendar dates does not constitute availability. Approval/Denial of reservations are processed via the Town Clerk's Office.
Requesting a Reservation: Fill out the reservation form located on this page for your requested location.
**In order to request a reservation, you will be required to electronically sign your agreement to the Town-Owned Buildings Room Use Policy also located on our Meeting Room Facility Reservations Page along with a Fees Chart and other related information. Your electronic signature of agreement is required on the reservation request form located on this page.
