The Cape Cod Commission launched a survey asking residents about their preferences for housing development and redevelopment to guide development of the Cape Cod Regional Housing Strategy.
The housing strategy will address Cape Cod’s unique housing supply, affordability and availability issues by identifying appropriate areas for housing development and redevelopment as well as policies and strategies to further its goals.
The survey focuses on different types of housing, varying in scale from accessory dwelling units to duplexes to larger-scale multifamily developments.
Survey questions address housing design, various housing types, appropriate locations for new housing development and redevelopment and other housing development considerations. The survey will take most respondents 10 to 15 minutes to complete. It is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
