The second half of the Real Estate and Personal Property bills will be mailed on 03/15/2023 and due on 05/01/2023. Any mailing address changes made after 3/3/2023 will not be reflected on this bill. If you need to change your address past 3/3/2023, please ensure that you have mail forwarding in place or email taxcollector@eastham-ma.gov for a copy of your bill.
Once issued, bills can also be found at City Hall Systems - eBilling ePayment. Municipality: Eastham, then select the type of bill you are looking for – real estate or personal property, then input your Eastham address. Please call the tax collector’s office with any billing questions.
