The Compact has taken a comprehensive approach that includes:
Developing a "Community Choice Power Supply Program" that will reduce the cost of generation supply for customers;
Development of an energy efficiency program that will provide enhanced benefits and a related comprehensive education program that will assist with market transition; and
Representing the interests of consumers before the legislature, the Department and other agencies as the industry continues to evolve
